On the second level there is a massive secret area part near the begining, this secret area has a whole dock sort of thing with a boat and other stuff. Around this secret area there is a point where you can go inside a shop selling some fruits and veg. Jump ontop one of them crates with the veg in it (I think its the red stuff, probley apples) and you'll fall through it an land in the sewers. Needless to say the green secret Nuke is down there.
