Well.. there was that 2.5 million last July.. but 3DR didn't give out what the exact wording of that deal was, alluding that it was for an as yet unannounced title but admitted that it was "in connection with" DNF. The court will decide ultimately.
But yes, when you take into account that $20 million of 3DR's own funds were put into development, that 2.5 mil is a paltry amount by comparison (although, if I had a "paltry" 2.5 mil, I'd be set for life..
)
