TT bought a company that owned the rights....
TT never funded 3DR, afaik
3DR had every intention of delivering..
It's "not their fault" they couldn't complete it (ran out of money)...
Sounds like a risky investment TT made, but I don't think they really deserve anything. Legally though, I don't know.
TT just needs to pay 3DR to finish the game, they're likely to make more money, it will be over sooner. But we know TT is only about the $$$ and not the morality
