It's not a big deal, just the principle of it. I don't think you *can* buy it anymore except off of auction places (which is the problem with most games as they age), but it's still a little brazen to just post it up like that..

Yeah, i'm not aware of anywhere to buy it other than say ebay. I'm sure he just figured it had fallen into that abandonware grey area...
