No matter what you think of Smart, I'm sure he's connected in the industry. I'd tend to think he's not bullshitting.

What many people are missing about the Kotaku blurb is that Take 2 said that they will still distribute the game. That's the first comment they've made since the end of the lawsuit and basically confirms the game is indeed alive(if all 3 of you out there thought it was still dead).
