The game is at http://thandor.net/article/23. To me, it retains the feel of the original Wolfenstein 3D and does not follow the design spec all the way, but this one gets a 100 percent whereas ROTT gets a 99 percent. ROTT seems campier and hokier than the Wolfenstein 3D version of it.
