PKZIP 2.04g shareware version runs on 32 bit systems even under Vista, no need for DosBox. Not sure if I should attach it here, even if it is shareware, but just googling
PKZIP204G works fine for most folks.
One may also occasionally encounter ZIP files that even if not corrupt, cannot be opened by many modern UNZIP utilities including Windows Explorer; they use the old compression method that panicked everybody about the "UNISYS will eat your dog" thing and the utilities deliberately do not support them; that's why PKZIP 2.04g is still useful
