Wow, so Take 2 was given the exact same story that we were all these years. Kinda funny, really, because "Apogee repeatedly assured Take-Two and the video-gaming community that it was diligently working toward competing development of the PC Version of the Duke Nukem Forever." is pretty much exactly what an irate fan would say in a lawsuit.

"OMGZ! You kept us waiting FOREVER (get it? ha ha) and THIS is what we get? I'm suing!"

I'm kinda surprised by the details though. I thought it was going to be about the media leaks.
