I agree with Rösti, this would violate the non disclosure agreement and any employee caught with this mertial would be fired or charged considering this would be classed as stolen material.
Who knows, littlenick055's mates brother could be one of the "anonymous" sources that leaked the information in the first place, who knows with DNF
