I had exactly the same problem. You need to find a freind who is willing to "Help" you acheive this by "Being where you need them to be". Waiting for random players is a pain and you can bet your last two cents that when someone does come along they are a die hard player with high rankings on the leader board and you will end up with 1 kill to their 15.

Its tough, find a freind to help is my advice.
