Don't count on it. Here's another small tidbit most people aren't aware of. MS has set an upper limit to size of a game on XBLA. If you're over that size, you don't get on. That size is 50Mb, of which Duke3D's grp file is either at that, or already over it, so some work would have to be done to make it fit.
This is part of what I said above about "it's not as easy as here's teh code, put it online now."
