There might be several reasons: - Make sure the "sd_duke.grp" file is in the autoload folder.
- Make sure the "sd_duke.zip" file loads after the "duke3d_hrp.zip" file.
- Make sure there are no DEF files laying around.

How do I know which zip loads first?
There is a file called 'duke3d.def.sample', do I want to be getting rid of it?
