I was one of the few people who enjoyed Tekwar, but I don't think that it (or most of the other Build engine games aside from Duke Nukem 3D) would be worth porting to XBLA. I think that Microsoft is only interested in bringing classic games like Doom and Duke Nukem 3D to XBLA.
