Yes that would fall nicely in line with what I said. Since the tech id are using for their internal game is derived from D3E.
Ofcourse HH might also just move along with their own changes ontop of a standard D3E.
However I don't think that is very likely, I except it to be D3E + changes from id's internal game + changes from Prey(if not made redundant) + More HH changes as neccesary.
