I see that, but the only thing it lists is PREY. Look, just start from the beggining, how do I install the modified portal mod correctly, and how do I run it?

Also, when I make a server with the normal portal mod it tends to change maps if people are in, even if I turn off pure server and punkbuster and turn on allow server side mods. Whats with that?
