The game only ever had a cult following, and that has pretty much subsided, but you could easily add Dopefish to Insaniquarium. Mods were pretty frequent for the game, and it was basically a simple matter of replacing graphic files in clearly marked directories.

The point of that is, Feeding Frenzy is also a PopCap game, so maybe it would be as easy to add Dopey there. I have the registered sequel, but I haven't peeked into the directories.
