A settlement? Anyone with half a brain knew they lawsuit would settle, it was in the best interest of both companies. Doesn't mean either side won... and we still know nothing.

I was going to post this exact comment but after all of the waiting for this settlement I've decided to be a little more optimistic. I hoped it would happen for a very long time after all
