Anyway, fired up some Q3A goodness again, between that and UT3, guess I can see where these competitive FPS games have evolved to. Boy, how that decade has changed...

Last game i played was The Secret Armory of General Knoxx for Borderlands...

The chopper is a crazy fun weapon, hahahaha

thing doesn't stop firing once you fire it, and it empties your magazine pretty fast, despite firing a whopping 536 bullets in one go...

it's great going overkill with this gun... It kills most things before they get the chance to reach you

Thought it wold get a little weak since the world itself couldn't get destroyed... Glad i was wrong about that

playing with explosions, and destroying buildings is enough to satisfy me after all it seems...

I wonder how the multiplayer is like though, and if enough people even play it...
It's definitely a great fun game though, much better than i expected it to be...

Played through Alpha Prime for a few days... I did about 2/3 of the game and enjoyed it, was a $5 (3 year old) game, so I wan't expecting much. They set up the mobs of baddies so that the last third would have been a rediculous grind of reloads and trips to the oxygen dispenser. I got through the buggy driving, but there is a frustrating spot wher they try to hang you up through multiple suffications and watching the load save bar... There is a slow time feature when you use the "Hubbardium", but I can't stand it - makes everything blurry and your controls go drunk mode. So I used the cheat and blasted everything in site with the rocket launcher in inmortality mode. Couldn't resist racing to the end.

Not really a bad game, I would have preferred more content and more 4WD buggy driving on the planet rather than bullying the player into crawling progression.

Just about to liberate Oasis. As far as sandbox-type games go, this game absolutely murks Far Cry 2, and I really liked Far Cry 2. The destruction is addicting! Also love the those M.O.A.B. bombs...soo useful. About 17 hours into it.

Playing PoP: The Two Thrones for the first time, but the game's so broken I can’t progress any further; there’s a rope you have to descend but as soon as you grab it the character freezes - avoid.

PC version? Its Starforce messed up my system. I bought it cheap for the XBox, but it doesn't work on the 360. I've always wanted to finish it. It's out on the Wii, but I don't think I want to use it with those controls.

Playing Star Trek: Online at the moment. I've already canceled my account. I'm just trying to get my money's worth until the month runs out.

It's not a horrible game or anything. Once I figured out what was going on it was fun. It's just a little rigid for me. The ground combat feels mechanical. Space combat is okay, it just seems to take longer than I'd like.

It would've been better as a single player game that focused on your crew members. As it is, all you can do in your ship is walk around the bridge. You can't even sit in the Captain's chair.

Took me a little under 23 hours. The road to the last fight was cool, but the last fight disappointed. Didn't even realize I had killed the last boss when I did.

The game took a bit longer for me on the hardest difficulty. Wasn't the best game ever, but deserved more than the 1's and 2's that it got. I had a lot of fun with the multiplayer over XBL, and who can forget the infamous rap.

I finally got my registered copy of Monster Bash to work in DosBox without messing up, so I played Episode 2 all the way through. That last level is really hard!

I've been setting up all my old DOS games in D-Fend, so I guess ScubaVenture was the last game I played.

Duke Nukem 3D, and it's very tough.

Took ages getting through spin cycle, with the turning washing machine thing. I played this on the Playstation 1 version Meltdown. Must of forgot about the secret levels. That walk through you got here is great
