2008 F1 British GP Race: Rain = awesome, Hamilton opens a can of whoopass
What a race, I absolutely love wet races. [B]ANYTHING[/B] can and [U]will[/U] happen during the race. Webber spun in the first lap, losing his good position, Hamilton jumped up to second at the start and Barrichello managed to end up in third place.
Hamilton won by 1 minute, Heidfeld got second and Barrichello third. Räikkönen fourth and Kovalainen fifth with Alonso sixth and Trulli in seventh and Nakajima in eight.
We got the old Massa back too, with a very, very embarrassing drive where he spun many, many times.
I am disappointed Alonso couldn't finish higher and I am also disappointed for Piquet who drove well but made a mistake that saw his Renault beached in a sand trap.
Again, amazing race, Hamilton impressed me and Heidfeld finally managed to out-drive Kubica.
Man of the day? Hamilton but Barrichello is a good runner-up.
