No problem should ever have to be solved twice

"No problem should ever have to be solved twice" comes from How To Become A hacker guide.
It basically means that you should document the stuff that you have been tinkering with and the results, so that other people don't waste their precious time on it.
Personally I think this is a good thing to do, (and it fits in the scientific ways of doing things).
But I find it hard to do this. Sometimes it's harder then the tinkering itself. I never know how to start and when finished I'm usually not happy with the result.
Nevertheless I will slowly but steady start documenting the stuff I've created for myself and others.
This way I hope to add valuable information to internet and maybe inspire others to do same.
Maybe the solutions that I've come up with, can be used by others as examples to tackle their own problems. (Yes I'm optimistic :D )
