People put too much emphasis on genres.
Imo these genres are just made up to convince you its something different,when its not.

To answer your question.
I like droning bass,evil drum beats,fast tight solos and high pitch vocals that makes you ears bleed.

Imo that gargley growling vocal work only works for morbid angel and napalm death,cause you can actually understand what their saying.

To borrow from a quote from the Blues Brothers, "we listen to both types of music here, Heavy and Metal!"

I must say, I love me some metal.

Hmm... Llama, I don't think that black metal like Infernal War would be NOT different than King Diamond for example. It IS different and that's why I never say that I love 'metal', because I hate Heavy or Power metal. I accept Thrash, but don't really listen to it.

'Evil drum beats'... I like blast beats, hate tight solos and hate high pitch vocals. I like brutality, speed, obliteration and Satan in music.

That's the difference man.
