"All" and "Uncut" is probably not going to happen, and for some episodes may be impossible:
As for the missing episodes, Mike Judge considers 1/3 of B+B to be crap, which is why those episodes weren't in this set. Crap is in the eye of the beholder, though.
As for the cut episodes (assuming you're referring to stuff like "Fire!" and so-forth being cut out, as opposed to the music videos), many of the cuts were done to the original copies, so there's no way to restore them.
As for the music videos (which I considered integral to, and sometimes better than the episode itself), apparently half of B+B fans love them, and the other half can't [freak]ing stand them. I'm glad at least some of the videos made it into this set.
I wouldn't mind seeing all the B+B music videos released separately, assuming they still exist, and assuming the royalties to the RIAA and so-forth wouldn't make it prohibitively expensive to put them all on DVD.
