I would rather see that scenerio...the faces of a grateful people in rebuilt Mexican towns who are friends, instead of Mexican protesters marching in Los Angels and burning the American flag and flying the Mexican flag. OF COURSE WE ARE PISSED! Talk about someone coming into your home and shitting on the living room floor!

An attitude change would create goodwill with the American people...and then the people would probebly be glad to help with the project that I talked about below. And that would get Mexico strong, which is where it really wants to be...a strong neihbor of the United States.

Schooling of ZR and alexgk from Blue Lightning, over. ;-) (man, did I take those 2 to task, or what? I mean wow!)

I would institute a commision that actualy goes into Mexico and builds and re-builds schools, and even homes. I saw a thing on TV where a nice guy from Texas would drive to this poor Mexican village every weekend. The village was all straw, plus some tin nailed to old wet plywood or plastic. All dirt floors. Horrible conditions.
He would come to that village and brought cinder blocks, bricks, and wood each time. He and a few freinds within a year had built a brick schoolhouse, and had rebuilt most of the houses, and now they were block and brick houses with real floors and stuff. He got a ceromony after the school was finished and an award from the grateful people of the small town.
If we all pitched in, something like that can be done for all of Mexicos villages. And that is better than the people just running away from the problem. Mexicans need to stop listening to LaRaza (which means "the race"). LaRaza has their own agenda...and it is not for the good of Mexico.

As far as the border issue goes, I do not advocate that we close it to people who travel it back and forth who have visas...Im not talking about that. Im talking about closing it everywhere except checkpoints. We cannot take any more drug dealers, anymore MS 13 gangs which have RUINED Los Angeles, or anymore illegal workers which are causing our jobless rate to go up. Hospitals and schools in southeren Cali are destroyed...sancuary cities are everywhere there. It is kaos, and the American people have had enough. We cannot take the poverty that is coming in.

Now, should we help Mexico? OF COURSE! I never advocated that we shouldnt. They are our nehibor to the south after all. Here is what I would do if I were president instead of Obama... I would make sure that NAFTA is re-worked, and looks out for the Mexican citizen for a change. I would send more aid to Mexico, more than we do now, as long as it is for decent programs.

Mexicans take the jobs Americans arent simply willing to do? Thats a crock of crap, and if you dont know it, you should know it! You have been listening to more propoganda from LaRaza and George Bush. In fact, Americans are very offended by that statement, it only makes us madder.
The proper way to phrase that is "Mexicans will do jobs that Americans CANT do for 2 dollars an hour!" Americans are not allowed to recieve less than minimum wage, so the phrase about Meixcans doing work that Americans wont is a strawman. No, we wont do a job for 4 dollars an hour BECAUSE WE ARE NOT ALLOWED TO!
The truth is, that we are over generous with immigration, as we allow more than the rest of the world COMBINED...but that is not good enough. No, not good enough for the liberals who love to have illegals here, so they can have ancor babies (should be out-lawed), and that means a bigger hispanic vote, and that always favors the liberals.

First of all, Mexicans are an important part of US economy. Mexicans take the jobs Americans aren't simply willing to do. The main reason many Americans don't want to have immigrants over there is because of ignorance and racism.

    ZuljinRaynor living in Mexico... Hahahahahaha
He's my friend, that's part of the reason why he supports me. Yeah, Americans and Mexicans can be friends D:

Also, go ahead, call me a Communist. Cause that arguement always works. I love how you interpret everything as one extreme and point out everything on your side as the other extreme.

First of all, I am a moderate.

Second of all, Russia is not in the European Union. There is a border check there, but the countries in the European Union, well, the whole point was to drop the borders to make it easier to commute. The countries still exist, the map borders do, but you can cross the border with no consequence. You just drive over it. Makes getting from Germany to Poland easier than it was 5 years ago when you had to wait at the border stop and have them check your passports and random checks of baggage.

Now, I hate illegal immigrants. I never said I like them. I hate them cause we have to pay their taxes. But closing the border means closing it to legal immigrants too. Now, I don't know what's going on in Mexico, but something but be bad if they want out and they can't get out legally. Now those people, I don't want. I want them to get legal aid to get immigration.
