Re: for anyone wanting the prey screenshots from P
hi scott! nice to see you here. i didn't read the whole article, so i seemingly overlooked the part about the ship being organic, what scott said. nice. i also liked the last levels of doom3, where hell is taking over the uac base, and walls are transforming into organic matter. so.. i'm looking forward to it.

There are similarities, unquestionably. But Prey is far, far more organic, as it takes place on a living creature (the huge ship itself). It just so happens that the 2-3 levels used in this preview were some of the lesser organic ones.

Organic in what way? The walls pulsing with bloated puss filled bio matter? Artificial forests? Lush jungle?

Lol, sounds pretty long then. But I hope the level isn't too "hard".

Don't worry, it'll only get long and hard under 'special' circumstances...

Scott about the sidekick, So the main charactor has a hawk as a pet? Would you use him for spying on the enemies? But then again, that would not make sence because of the spirt walking.

The pc gamer article says the spirit of the hawk named talon helps you out through out the game by giving you hints and translate alien languages.

You can actually see the hawk in one of the PCGamer screens...it's on page 31 in the bottom right corner. It looks like it might be flying towards the big enemy that is also in the screen, but it's hard to tell (I didn't even notice the hawk until a few minutes ago).

Human Head Studios will make no further comments until we have verifiable photographic proof of a certain someone on this site who promised to eat his own underwear.

Didn't think we'd just let you forget about that, did you?
