We need to work out poly targets, image sizes, all that sort of thing.

Its not going to stop us making stuff though! When the targets ARE worked out, I (and I'm sure others) want to be able to hit the ground running.

Heh, the Duke3D HRP and Eduke32 were recently featured in the biggest Finnish game magazine Pelit. Was especially surprised since it showed the comparison screenshot of the enforcer sprite vs model which skin i helped to make.

Any scans of the concerned pages? It's rare to see such stuff. Even if it's Finnish and not English.

Don't despair. We can set up shop somewhere else if need be.

Yea Duke4.net is the obvious new home for HRP development.

I am not sure if this will last but at the moment this is actually boosting my motivation on working on HRP and other Duke 3D projects.

There has always been this DNF shadow reminding me that whatever I am working on when DNF ships will be in big danger of never getting finished as I would not be able to stay away from modding that game (Duke + unreal engine = most of the modding I have done the last 12 years).

Like Parkar, I am also determined to continue my support for the HRP project. This news may spell the final death of DNF, but this doesn't need to apply to Duke3D.

The "Duke Nukem" brand is worth millions.
One way or the other we'll see our blue panted hero kick alien asses in the future.

Maybe if it gets renamed from the unholy "Forever" to "Right Now".
