Sorry bobthefish, when I saw another pick on DN Theme, I just thought "maan, another one?". About your version - I like how that main riff is arranged, I mean "twisted". The rest is just like it was.

This song has a nostalgic feeling to it. It could be included in DNF as an easter egg! duke's Shooting everyone in a hotel and then finds a room with a little girl playing it and then saves her. Sweet.

ok, this version is showing my new riffs on the build up. my last take will be done with a pod xt when i can afford one. its me playing with refx slayer2 as an amp. i changed the amp models alot throughout the song. enjoy!

The whole "let's see you do better" argument has always been a retarded one. Any given person's inability to do better does nothing to make the product in question any better.

Case in point, you go to a mechanic and pay him to do a bunch of work on your car. You pay him a bunch of money and two days later all of the stuff he did goes to pieces. It was a shoddy job and you go back to him angry about it. He looks you in the eye and says, "Let's see you do better". Not being able to do better yourself didn't make his work any better. It was still terrible mechanic work, even if you can't do better than what he just did.

See my point? I haven't ever learned to play any musical instrument, but being unable to play better than any given musician in question doesn't change the fact that bad ones are still bad. If I hear a song that is bad, it's bad whether I can do better or not. I don't have to be able to do better for the song in question to still be bad.

Just wanted to touch on that a bit. For the record, I didn't vote "crap". I just saw something outrageous and had to comment on it.

Yeah, that's pretty much what I think. Plus, the instruments don't work that well together.

Whe it comes to Grabbag in electronic version (no guitars or piano), I think it should be done in a brutal jungle/d'n'b style.

dn3d songs arent exactly emo or sad, but some of them are quite gloomy and spooky. like robocreeping or plasma.
