But wait! Lesbians are always women (even if they don't look like ones). If the Overlord is a lesbian, the Overlord that has been presented as manly male being in the past, it would mean he's a woman in a male body. Therefore the lesbonic Overlord must be a shemale!

Screw normal maps and lighting effects. More polygons is the only thing that matters. I hate normal maps.

Hopefully just a simple animation fix. Probably have him swing the shrinker out more to his right as he lifts his leg up. Clipping problem solved.

There is another problem Kaiser, because it doesn't clip the shrinker only, but it clips the arm too. It would have to be fixed by swinging the shrinker to the right AND rising the arm/weapon.

I would love to see it fixed, I hope 3DRealms could SHARE some update on the game with their lovely fans soon enough, because I'm starting to feel starved on DNF Media!

I wanted to use pics from Duke4.net, but I though people would think I had stole them, so I got them by myself, thanks for the offer anyway!

I will add a link to Duke4 as the main and best DNF Fan community website on the net.

I like the animation from 2001 much more, (Because in it Duke steps the enemy in a very natural way, not as seen in the Jace Hall footage video in where Dukes is animated like a robot. Not only Duke steps the enemy, but also "squishes" him to pieces against the floor).

However there were also clipping issues back then!

You've got a point, and a good one!

Never though of it, I'm more of using the Shrinker as a secondary weapon for having fun rather than using it as a main weapon, that's why I first though that.

But I have to completely agree with you, "usefullynes" over "niceness"

That one was also a lifeform captured inside some capsule thingy inside the weapon...

I love the 2001 animation there, but i also agree that it might take too long...
For some time, i had the possible solution, of choosing yourself to step on shrunk enemies, or not... Like pressing use when nearby, or something... Just to prevent the player to automatically and unwated to step on a load of shrunk enemies while another enemy crosses your path with a rocket launcher, and you're too busy stepping on aliens... I'd rather control when i step on them to prevent such things...

How about being able to shrink an enemy from across the room and be able to crush him while running? Just trample the enemy in mid stride.. OR If you shoot one up close then have the stomp animation play out with Duke grinding him into the floor but if you try to walk forward or fire then Duke will stop the grind animation go about his business.. So yeah.. you get a quick stomp and then if you want to pause and enjoy it Duke will prolong the suffering
