Looks cool but I think its lame that of all companies that 3DR\Remedy have the Max payne shots out only in the magazines, and haven't posted the real things online.

Well poor choice of words, I think instead of "lame", I'd say that I was just more suprised at what they had done.

I think the old DNF screens were seen first in PC Gamer, but a few days later they posted the full res images.

The new Max looks ****ing great, I'm sorry to say it but no matter how much I liked Sam Lake as Max this new guy fits the bill better. He's more of that Hawaii 5-0 cop, who looks a bit rugged and tough.

Looks great, the scene with the dumpster and graffitii looks very authentic. I never much cared for the graffitii in MAX1, it was repitive and not what you see mostly around the city, the **** the cops graffiti is more authentic.

His tie is not a separate entity. It is a texture on his shirt. Look at all the pics. Tie is in the same spot. However, when he is diving in one of the screens, it looks like it is tucked in to his pants:

Yeah but that's almost impossible to get around, because most average users have crappy color settings. That's why it's always hell when I design something on my monitor just to see that it looks weird on average Joe's screen, so I gotta adjust for ages. I also remember the GF card I used to have had insane gamma defaults.

Yep, the tie is stuck, that's pretty obvious. Limiting the amount of physics also limits the drag on the system requirements.
