Why oh why do they continue to show thumbnails? what size is that 80x80? come on, you gonna give to the world an image of the game you have been making fo 10 years and you give it at 80x80? I know most video cards and monitors 10 years ago couldnt handle 1600x1200 or something like it, but guess what??? its 2007 now!!!!!

We'll get that when the time comes. Not sooner. Nor later by luck. I guess the first images (not thumbnails) are gonna be of the game running, with UI and everything. Or environment shots.

Yeah, please 3DRealms do this. Modern day games lack variation within the same enemy classes.

I guess this could be the "brute" pigcop and there can be smaller versions which are faster and have better A.I.

An enemy that muscular could kick Duke's ass (without weapons) anyday . I mean, his arm is at least as thick as Duke's leg. I can't wait to see what a bigger boss looks like - DNF battlelord is probably a few stories high.

People you seem to forget that in the 2001 trailer there was a naked pigcop and he was quite small, my guess is that probably this screenshot represents THE NORMAL PIGCOP!! Yay!

It's definitely one of the best looking game models out there. I'm not just saying that because I'm a Duke fan... It does look amazing and not what I expected in terms of the "look"

I'm kinda disappointed. Only because it means we have to wait that much longer till the real media release. I thought it would be within the next month or so but with this new teaser it probably means it will be a little farther off.

The more I look at it the more I start to realize it doesn't resemble the pigcop at all...

It's collosal. Obviously the pigs have discovered steroids. He isn't even wearing a uniform - his face doesn't resemble the pigcop at all (no mohawk, no red eyes)

I think it shouldn't be as muscular but look more pissed off. That's what the original looked like. The way it looks right now it looks too much like a boss, like the Berserker from GoW or the Hellknight from DooM 3. Not that it doesn't look cool... It just doesn't stay true to the original.

They said it would be a year away from being released
when we started to see new media.
