MP doesn't crash any longer after intro

Finally! After many hours of installing, uninstalling, patching and studying many forums I solved this problem.
It came out that I have a Via-based motherboard. After installing the latest Via 4 in 1 driver, MP works without any problems.
I've read that a lot of people had this problem too, hope this can help fixing it.
