Do we get the original grabbag undedited or this rockin', awesome new remake which is featured in the trailer?

The Grabbag version in the trailer was the Duke Nukem Jam.

I think XBLA DN3D's Grabbag will remain intact...

Yes.
That's actually good because we all know that we would die from awesomeness-overdose by playing Duke while listening Vertexguy's Duke Jam for more than 5 minutes.
