Google news suggests that the game is not coming out at all while some people here are glad 3DR is being sued in hopes for the game to finally ne finished. What is the status of DNF? Is it coming out? Is there no hope?

Officially, I don't think 3D Realms has said anything aside from the fact that development has suspended.

I think the current game is as good as dead, regardless of how the lawsuit plays out. However, it might not necessarily be the end for Duke Nukem Forever.....
