Is Jetpack an Apogee classic?
Apogee classic?
Well, is Jetpack an Apogee classic?
That game where you were on a sideview, non scrolling screen and you had to manuver your guy through the level to hit green markers which open a door and then leave... The first level has a couple of those robot badguys. Many people may remember the level "Centipack" cause it was tyhe farthest most people I saw play it got.

I've got the shareware around here somewhere, maybe I'll upload it and put a link to it.

Anyway, was Jetpack an Apogee classic?

Jetpack was a great game, I played it a LOT.
I also created over 100 maps for it. Anyway
I dont think it was by Apogee. I'll check
that sometime. I still got it somewhere on my
HD.

Jetpack was made by Impulse software (I think.....), It's currently freeware, though I don't remember the address for it.

I found my shareware of JetPack.
Nope, it's not an Apogee Classic... Software Creations or something like that... It kicks ass still though!

Cool, freeware... do you know that link to it?
Anyway.... ahh crap, I just noticed the "UT" logo icon is funky now... oh well... fix it later.

Well, thatnks for the info guys!

You can get jetpack at http://www.adeptsoftware.com/classics/jetpack.html It runs really fast on my computer and makes it unplayable. Does anyone know how to fix this?

Re: Is Jetpack an Apogee classic?
Rare made it I believe.
Rare the company that made Goldeneye/Perfect Dark for N64, also Battletoads and Donkey Kong Country...
I believe in DK64, JetPack is one of the secret mini games hidden in it.

Rare didn't make it. Impulse made it.

Does anyone want Jetpack levels? I just finished a whole bunch. E-mail me at [email protected] if you want them. I played squarez, too. It was ok.

Not only is Jetpack a great game - it's where I hide all my prono files from prying eyes.

I was actually thinking of making Jetpack levels, but I'm way too busy with Jumpman...
