Need help with mod...

Hi, I'm looking to make a mod based on snatcher. In the mod you can either play as a Junker hunting down snatchers in a city with the help of a radar or you can play as a snatcher evading capture or killing junkers. The city will support flying car like bladerunner which essentially snatcher is. We need experienced level designers, texture artists, model worker/animators and scripters.

I'm looking to make it using ut2004 if possible.
