Imagine that GB was willing to submit to an interview, consisting of questions submitted by fans. What would you ask?

Please, note that any snarky/mean-spirited questions would be rejected (so don't post them here). I'll get us started:

*Including gradual-yet-complete asset turnover, along with decisive asset scrapping (and engine switches), how many times would you estimate that DNF was restarted?

*Was the financial success of Max Payne and its sequel a detriment to the development of DNF, in the sense that it allowed for the financial freedom to maintain/increase your vision/ambition, raise the minimum threshhold of quality, reduce the sense of urgency, etc.?

Everything is pretty much on hold until the legal stuff is sorted out. But assuming 3DRealms prevails in the courtroom, I would then ask:

"Did you suspect Take Two might try to screw you out of the Duke IP at the last minute?"

"What happened to that Steam-like content distribution system you were looking at a few years ago?"

and of course the big question:

"Does Shacknews really get you chicks?"

Skipping the obvious "when is it done?", I think I´d simply ask: "What do you think will happen to DNF in the next few years?" as its actually a tricky question to dodge if "no comment" is not allowed.

I would ask only one thing: "Will we get to play Duke Nukem Forever?"

If they do not intend to actually finish it themselves, I think they should at the very least release what has been done for free so we can look at it and have fun with what's there. They could even release multiple builds so we can admire its history

After waiting for 12 long years, constantly looking for new information regarding DNF, I feel this is the very least they owe us, a guarantee that we will see the game, incomplete or complete, free or paid, one way or the other. Telling us the game won't come out after all this time is just plain cruel, not only to the fans who has been waiting this long, but to the developers who spent so much time on the project, only to see it all getting shelved indefinitely.

Another question:

"Did you or would you have considered finishing the games in sections and releasing them as episodes/shareware, giving you the time and money to continue working on the game?
