Outpost X released!
I've just finished working on my maps after about 3 years! I've made a thread for it previously but I figured this release deserves its own thread.
Just a few instructions (that I have mentioned in the TXT file as well): In order to install this, simply drag the content of outpost.zip (meaning outpostx.zip, outpostx.bat and the two readmes) into your duke3d directory. Run the bat file and there you go! If for some reason it doesn't work properly please let me know. Secondly this map should be played in Polymost mode, with only my custom textures/skybox/models enabled. I've already put in the proper definitions for that in the Duke3D.def file in the ZIP. The HRP should be disabled because the maps *might* look pretty shitty if it's on! That said, here's just a few shots and enjoy! Shouldn't take you much longer than 30 minutes to beat both maps. http://files.filefront.com/outpostzi.../fileinfo.html

Hi Sang. I just finished Outpost X. I enjoyed it. Good level design and gameplay and I liked the new textures. Thanks for releasing it. Eddy
