i dont think this is some patented pose

quite generic if you ask me, im sure duke and crysis are not only ones to use this type of pose.

and crysis rocks, it will give us something really good to play while waiting for duke

Practically EVERY tough guy protagonist has a pose like this. It barely has anything in common with Duke so you're being incredibly paranoid.
