Problem in Manhattan Project for XBLA

It's on the first level of episode 7.
You can see in this video at 5:15 where the yellow keycard is supposed to drop: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=R3B561DjkeQ
but it never did for me.

I can't finish the level and my only alternative is starting the whole game over again!

There may be more than one girl... I recommend just going through the level again just to be sure chances are that should solve any issues you have.

If not let me know and I'll look into this a bit more.
