Every servers are empty

Hey all,

I was wondering why does in the mutliprey section all servers are empty?

Its stuck in a popularity rut. If you want to play its MP, you'd have to organize a game with some other folks.

Someone added me on steam a while ago asking about Prey. I was pretty surprised (it was very out of the blue). I helped them get it working and went on to play Prey online; there are still several servers populated every time I go on.

If you REALLY want to play online and you are afraid of no one being on simply come on here and give a date and time (in advance) and I'm sure some of us would get together to play.

The time zone makes a day and time too out of time to play. so how to change times in your clock to get correct synchronise.

ide like to play, but i dont know if the steam servers are the same as the non steam ones.
i dont have it installed on steam, cause wine runs it better on linux for me.

Why not just schedule a Prey multiplayer event in the 3dr steam group?

you can put the short cut on Steam but could you then play with people on Steam.

Maybe one day they'll release the MP for free ala FEAR Combat and get some folks on the servers

Or just use your prey CD key to register and download the steam version

That makes no sense. Once you've paid for the STEAM version you don't have to pay again. Log into your steam account which you purchased it and it will be on your games list.
