Question regarding dopefish' burp!

I was just wondering... can I get the "original" burping sound somewhere? I'd really like to have it [img]smile.gif[/img]

btw I'm new, hi!

I guess you already know this, judging by your use of quotes, but there is no original burping sound, at least not in WAV/MP3format or similar, as it's an Adlib soundcard emulation of a burping sound.

There are some burps right here on http://www.dopefish.com/fishinfo.html .
Scroll all the way down, until you see a big piece of ASCII art.
A little above that is a paragraph with a link called "here" ( [img]smile.gif[/img] ) that links to a collection of for ROTT and WW.

As for the Adlib sound, you can record it yourself with DOSBox http://dosbox.sourceforge.net/ and probably VDMSound (see the Links page).
Of course you can always just record the proper audio channel manually, but that is harder (to get it to sound nice).
