Bombshell Interview - The Cyber Den
Jake interviews Frederik Schreiber and Chris Pollitt of Interceptor Entertainment and 3D Realms, developers of the upcoming top-down shooter Bombshell! Jake discusses with the team about the game's plot, what inspired them to develop a top-down shooter, the features and weapons available in the game, and more. Plus, Fred and Chris share some interesting information on why they brought 3D Realms back from the grave, and share a very important message to the fans of Bombshell.

Check out the full version on YouTube!

Alternatively, check out the SoundCloud version (short radio edit).

Jon St John, who does the voice of villain 'Jadus Heskel' in the game, just said on his facebook page that bombshell will release in november.

Cool. If that's the case, an official announcement should drop pretty soon.

The same guy posted an interview with the composer for Bombshell. The sound on this one is much better.

Bombshell talk starts at 21:00.

Gameplay looks fun and I'll buy Bombshell when it comes out but whoever wrote the script should be immediately fired.

"Rose Garden? It looks like these aliens are really going to be a thorn in my side"

That's not funny, it's not clever, and it hardly seems worth saying at all. It doesn't help that the voice actor sounds like she's reading everything off a script with absolutely no enthusiasm.

Yeah...it's a little rough. Another nitpick I had was that when Shelly's face to face with General Holloway, it sounds like they're still talking through comms.

Fred and Chris were recorded by a few other fellas from Interceptor via Skype. The audio they gave me was a big improvement, in comparison to what I captured on my end, and was thus edited into the interview. It must be you.

Either that, or Interceptor are all fish-people. Still a possibility.

That line has been taken out, and 80% of the game has been completely we-written. We also completely re-did all the Voice Overs with a new female actress for Bombshell.

Thank you for all the feedback!

That a lot of changes! I can't wait to get my hands on the finished product and see how it all came together.
