Question Which will probably get me shouted at

I'm getting X box 360 and er do i HAVE to get the X box Arcade model to be able to use it?

Or will it work fine with an X box 60GB?

(lol i realise i will probably be flamed or something for asking a dumb question)

As long as you have enough space on your memorycard/HDD, you can buy games from XBLA on every Xbox 360 model.

With the new xbox live update coming I recommend getting the 60Gb. Microsoft is offering an exchange program right now to trade in memory cards for larger ones or HDDs.

this is the better choice, when you suddenly see you need a hard drive for saved games and with the arcade version you'd be kickin yourself in the rear.

Only difference between the models is that the arcade version isnt equiped with a hard drive, just a small 256 mb memory card. But back then microsoft was talking about removing the cheaper $200 model because people were buying the cheaper model (one without the hard drive) and then buying a $70-$100 hard drive. So you would figure why buy $400 model when you can just buy the $200 one and then buy a hard drive.

You need a hard drive to save some Live arcade games, Ive got a 20gig one, still got 10 gig left on it
