MP2 installation issue
I had trouble finding an existing topic on this, so here it is (apologies if it has already been covered):
I just tried installing MP2 on a fresh, just installed version of XP Home. The problem occurs when the second installation disc is half-way through. I get a popup from windows telling me that i need to stick disc 1 in. The installation stops and whatever i do (retry, cancel, continue having put the first disc in again) results in the installation terminating. Keep in mind it is not the actual install application that seems to be doing this. I don't get the same box that tells me to replace disc 1 with disc 2, as per normal. I get that box at the appropriate time, but then once disc 2 is halfway through i get the problematic dialogue box, which is more like your standard windows error message. Does anybody know what's going on? |

Re: MP2 installation issue
Seems your disc is dirty or broken.
