Sam Lake is a Master story teller
Hey guys, haven't been on here in a while, been busy with work, and God of War 2,LOL. But I was browsing the internet looking for information on Sam Lake. And I found a link to a Finnish site that spoke of a bunch of projects that Sam Lake had worked on. One was a Sci-Fi story called "A Circle of Saints". And its of a not to distant future, where time and death no longer have a grasp on human life. And its a tale of a man.......a saint and a duelist who continualy dies and comes back for the women he loves.

There were a bunch of other stories he had written but I can't remeber the stories that well. I tried to find the site so I could give you guys a link, but the site is currently down. Sam Lake is a genius, and there really should be more about him on the internet. I hope he decides to start writing novels or something. He and Hideo Kojima are the two most gifted video game storytellers.

Agreed. I'm sure he'll give us one stunning story for Alan Wake.

nah, still trying hard as hades to find it. I don't understand what the hell happened. I had sent a link to it on the IGN Max Payne forums like a month ago. And just recently I clicked it, and the Error message came up. I'll still try though.....

That would definitely rock.

I would agree there are some very good metaphors, creative writtings... IMO, there is not enough "story" in Maxpayne. I would pick Fahrenheit for story... definitely looking forward to Alan Wake.

^I don't know, the story between Max and Mona was pretty sweet. How their love intertwined. Also Vlad being the deciple of Wooden was also good. And Mona and Lisa being twins, one married to the contract of her sister. Max falling in love with Mona and not being able to tell in the dead body is of mona of lisa.

^maybe he meant there was not enough story because actually Max Payne is a game, it's a good full on story, but way to short. Maybe it was so short because everything that must be narrated step by step in a book is displayed once for all in a monitor... But for real, the story was good, nothing with the site yet?
