Earth No More, Recoil games says bye bye...
What happened to this game? i was looking forward to it but now Recoil has stepped away from it and it is not going anywhere, will 3DRealms pick it up?

I'd like to know as well.

Honestly, I doubt there will ever be another big budget game with the 3DR name on it again.

The latest news after it being put on hold is that Radar Group has filed for a Earth No More trademark right before 3DR's Earth No More trademark expired. That could mean anything or nothing, but at least they haven't completely written it off.

Rochard. The new - and first - game by Recoil.
Seems they had to start something on a smaller scale instead of Earth No More.

Btw, does anyone know if that lawsuit is still going?

Supposedly Recoil Games is not the game developer any more, an unannounced dev team will be working on it.

Sorry... I said 'supposedly' because I read it from a place that mentions the situation covered in a finnish newspaper, but doesn't provides any source or links. While I'm not taking this as a fact, it left me wondering, anyway. I tried to look up for such newspaper but I didn't find anything.
