I'd like to know as well.
Honestly, I doubt there will ever be another big budget game with the 3DR name on it again. |

The latest news after it being put on hold is that Radar Group has filed for a Earth No More trademark right before 3DR's Earth No More trademark expired. That could mean anything or nothing, but at least they haven't completely written it off.

Rochard. The new - and first - game by Recoil. Seems they had to start something on a smaller scale instead of Earth No More. Btw, does anyone know if that lawsuit is still going? |

Supposedly Recoil Games is not the game developer any more, an unannounced dev team will be working on it.

Sorry... I said 'supposedly' because I read it from a place that mentions the situation covered in a finnish newspaper, but doesn't provides any source or links. While I'm not taking this as a fact, it left me wondering, anyway. I tried to look up for such newspaper but I didn't find anything.
