Where to Purchase Original Floppy DOS Games?
Hello, all!

I'm wondering, where are some good sources to find old DOS games on floppy? I own the 3D Realms Anthology, but it's been in the back of my mind for a year or two that I want to purchase Wacky Wheels original floppies in their original boxes, preferably new.

I've check eBay, and aside from a listing in Germany that (unfortunately) ended a couple of days ago, it's come up with nothing.

Are there any other good sites?

Thanks!
ElectroPulse

P.S. On a side note, for anyone that is familiar with the Wacky Wheels packaging (I've only seen the floppies, I believe my dad tossed the packaging long ago), would this be the CDs or the floppies? (it doesn't say anywhere on the box. EDIT: Did they even originally sell it on CD? I seem to remember reading that they did, but can't find info about it, aside from people talking about 3D Realms doing it more recently) http://www.ebay.com/itm/Wacky-Wheels...-/231794097913

Not sure where you live, the link works in my town, perhaps wherever you live is something similar.

Thank you for the reply!

I may just do that... I've continued searching since putting up this thread, and I've run across a couple of old game forums with buy/sell sections. I think I'll utilize those.

It's been like 20 years. They wouldn't even be readable by now, amirite?

Most of my game disks became undreadable after 10 years or so. Some a lot sooner from use.

Wacky Wheels didn’t come in a retail box, unless a reseller made their own box. I got my copy on two floppies sent in the mail in an unremarkable box (or maybe envelope... I don’t remember). I didn’t keep the container. You can’t have my floppies or manual. I don’t think they sold it on CD until later, but I’m not sure about that.

My Wacky Wheels floppies were readable a couple years ago, when I last tried to read them. They’ve just been sitting in a floppy disk rack for the last 20 years.

That's not entirely true. Formgen took some of our games and put them on retail CD's. We didn't have input into the CD's but knew about them happening. They weren't around a long time, but it did exist.

We never sold them directly, either. Retail only.
