For MP3 I want Bullet-Time with DRIVEABLE VEHICLES! And it should automatically kick in.

Anyone that has been in a car accident knows everything moves very slowly.

That's because a phenomenon called lentation, in a life-engandering situation your adrenalin levels raise to very high levels and "overclock" your brains to perceive faster, thus making your surroundings seem to move slower.
