install error.

This is the error I get when trying to install MP2.'

I'm running windows home with sp2
ATI AIW 9800 pro

Do you have any other cd/dvd drives in you comp? If you have try those if you haven't already.

Have you tried cleaning the cd? checked for scratches etc etc? Tried copying all content of the cd's onto the hdd and running the setup from there?

Only one other cd drive and it's dead.
Tried cleaning the CD.
minimal scratches on the cd.
When I try to copy it to my hdd, it gives me the same error. I've installed this game once (2 yeras ago when I got it, but i re-installed my os) so I think it might actualy be a scratch on the cd error
