How the heck do u get the shark in duke nukem 3d to become the dopefish!?! i know it's short and u probably think im stupid, but let me put it this way, if my dad tries it he will probably f**k up my computer. thanks for calling me an idiot!

According to the main page, you can't. It was taken out of the game at the last minute by George Broussard.

Yeah, it was removed.
Also you get angred WAY too easily.
