I didn't know this awesome work were released on 2~3 days ago till I go on http://rott.s4.bizhat.com/viewtopic....59&mforum=rott. I'm shame.

THIS IS AWESOME ROTT EDITOR!
It support 3D views with animated sprites made it looks like in a real game,
and some cool functions.
